How to enable switch user option

This functionality is introduced on dashboard itself so that proxy user is able to switch to employee's login.

A] Assign proxy mapping screen to Admin/HR by following below steps :

Go to Setup Circle --> Portal --> Role Definition --> Map Proxy Mapping screen to Admin or HR role --> Proceed




B] Map the proxy user under Proxy/Proxy Login Role by following below steps :

Go to Setup Circle --> Portal --> Role Definition --> Map Proxy user under Proxy/Proxy Login Role --> Proceed



C] Give the access to respective ProxyUser based on attribute combination :

Go to Menu --> ProxyMapping --> search the Proxy User employee code --> Select the attribute combination based on which needs to give the access to ProxyUser --> Select Search -->Select All [All the employees will be listed down based on selected combination of attribute ] --> Save

Note : If you choose an option of the set proxy rights for all employees then respective user will be mapped to all employees. and follow the same steps as follows

D] To enable the option of Switch User, follow the bellow steps :

Go to Setup Circle --> Portal --> Select Switch User OTP --> Save

E] Relogin and check the option of Switch User
