Configuration of SSO(Single Sign ON) for ADFS/AzureAD/Gmail/SAML 2.0:
Follow the below steps to map the ADFS (SSO :
Go to Setup Circle à Portal à SSOà Setting(Icon) à Select SSO Typeà Submit à Select XLS
Note : The Configuration process flow is same for AzureAD, ADFS, GMail, SAML 2.0
Step1 : Select Setup Circle
Step2: Select Portal
Step 3 : Check for SSO and select Sso type as Gmail/AzureAD/ADFS/SAML2.0
After Selecting any of the SSO type, you will new Configuration Tab for the selected SSO type. For an example, Here it is selected as Gmail.
Step 4 : Click on Settings Icon of the Gmail SSO tab - Enter Logout URL if you wish user to be redirected to specific URL after logging out from ZingHR (Only Applicable if user logged in through SSO).
Step 5 : Go to XLS option to map/unmap Gmail login ids to employees or activate/deactivate their SSO login with ZingHR
Employees having active status in user's status screen and Employment in Existing, Hold, FnF Initiated, FnF InProcess, NewJoinee will be visible on screen for SSO Mapping
You can click edit button for desired user and update their SSO Id.
SsoType Login Id to be Mapped
Gmail Gmail Login Id
ADFS UPN (User Principal Name) e.g. testadfs@adfs.com
AzureAD DisplayableId
SAML 2.0 NameId (Need to be set as Email Address on IDP side)
Click on red button with cross icon to disable SSO login of particular employee.
Click on green button with check icon to enable SSO login of particular employee
Deactivate User :
Activate User :
You can also perform above task by bulk upload functionality.
Click on lock all/unlock all to activate/deactivate SSO login of all employees
Download template available below users list. Mention EmployeeCode, SSOId And IsActive (Y/N) in template and upload the same.
