Query: If swipes are not received on ZingHR server then refer below points before raising the ticket.
Please find below checklist for the same:
1) Check, swipes are present in client database or not with the help of client.
2) Please check swipes in machine raw punch Report.
3 )If swipes are present in client database then share a screenshot for the same.
4) If swipes are not present in client database then ask client to download the swipes
5) Then will check swipes on ZINGHR server.
6) If swipes are present in client database and not received on zinghr server then raise ticket.
7) If required will take client remote access to check the same
