New Job Opening for Referral

This will allow employees to refer the candidate based on requisition criteria using ZingHR Web application.


To enable the referral process of candidate hiring, follow below steps :

Step 1 :
 
An employee having Admin or Setup role will,

Select SetupCircle 


 



 

Select option as Portal

 


 


Tick the section New Job Opening for Referral and save the setup.

 


 


 After enabling the section, same will be visible on dashboard. Refer below screenshot :


 



 


 

Step 2 :
 
An employee having Tag Role and Recruiter Role will have the access of setting up the functionality of recruitment channel  such as Post to Referral Portal, Post to Internal Job Posting etc.

 To enable the visibility of a requisition under referral section, enable the feature with selection of Post to Referral Portal and Date Range to keep the visibility 'ON' on dashboard so that employees will refer the candidates to recruiters.


 





Step 3:
 
Employees will refer the candidate by selecting an Action as Refer :


 




 

 
 


Enter the details of a candidate in Referral Application Form and select the HR Recruiter to whom candidate should get assigned.
 

 


 


 Step 4 :

 
After adding the details of a candidate, same will be visible to recruiter under Screening stage of Sourcing. 

 




 
As well as on dashboard, we could check the overall submission details of referrals.

 



 

 



Step 5 :

In Reports, we can check the status of referral candidate by using the report 'Referral Submission Report'




We have date range filter to draw the details of referral submission which are raised within specific duration.
Also we can export the data in excel format using an option of Export.
