- Purpose of Manager Mapping screen is to change the mapping for all the modules.
- Once the module is been enabled, the modules will be displayed on the Manager Mapping screen.
- Mapping can be done through One to One / Bulk Upload
- One to One Manager mapping is not available in PMS Module.
- In One to One Manager Mapping , only one module manager mapping can be one at one time.
To enable Common Manager Mapping screen the steps to be followed are :
How to enable Bulk Upload Screen?
- Go to setup circle
- Select Organization , you will be able to see multiple tabs
- Select Packet definition tab , you will be able to see two child tabs
- Go to Screens
Select Screens tab , you will get all list of screens available in portal
Process Flow:
Under the list of screens, select packet details for Manager change screen name
You will find a popup of below shown screen where you can set Packet name, Maker, Checker and attributes accordingly
- Packet Name :- Unique name for user reference
- Maker :- User who has only upload rights
- Checker :- User who has only approve/reject rights
- Attribute Selection :- To restrict the user on upload rights
How to enable Attribute filter for One to One Manager Mapping screen?
If user is getting the below alert,
Kindly follow the process as follows:
- Go to setup circle
- Select Organization, you will be able to see multiple tabs
- Select Packet definition tab, you will be able to see two sub tabs
Select Screens tab , you will get all list of screens available in portal
Process Flow:
Under the list of screens, click packet details edit icon for Manager change screen, you will be able to see a pop up
In the pop up screen , find the packet (if any) that is assigned to the user or create a new packet and select the Settings icon to bring the list of attributes
On selecting the settings icon, you will find list of attributes, select any 3 on which the packet restriction will be and save
