Yes. ZingHR application is supported by load balancers which scale automatically when the load increases.

How high availability is supported?
ZingHR application is hosted on a number of Virtual Machines behind a load balancer. Even if one of the VMs go down, due to the load balancer other VMs will still support the application. This ensures no downtime.

ZingHR has application server with full capacity to process approx 40000 concurrent connections.
