How to do the Email Configuration for Claim Application.



Solution:

Email will be triggered based on the email configuration setup done for individual action event.


Refer below steps for an email configuration:
Login → Menu → ZingLogin → Common → Email Configuration

Select the Event --> Enter requested subject line of an email 



Using Email Tags, we can define the email body content when the respective event takes place. You simply drag the email tags from left side galley of Email Tags and place wherever applicable.

Refer the standard sample content for Event of Approved Final :
