Are you getting the error of “Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine” while uploading the template?
[Note : This is for 4.1 client.]
Checked whether your excel/ template file is in ".xlsx" format..........?
If YES,
Just one change in the file name...........
SAVE AS your excel file/ template in".xls" (Microsoft Excel 97-2003 Worksheet (.xls)) format.
Upload the saved template into the system.
