1. Total work minute is generated or not
If it is generated then check comp off slab, generated minute should fall under define slab then comp off will generate.
2. Check employee attendance group and check comp off is define or not in that group.
3. If you check against WO/HO then check Applicable on WO/HO, Holiday & WO, Holiday as shown below screen shot.
4. IF comp off not generated against holiday then check holiday is national holiday or not then define National Holiday in Comp Off slab
5. Comp off generated but not show in employee login then follow below step
A. zing login -> Leave management System -> Leave rule builder
Click yes on - should this leave type be treated as compensatory off leave as per below screen shot
